  • Florida Resort and Winery — Resort has three rooms with bathrooms to rent, including a large suite suitable for owner's living area. Building is 80' x 40' with second story loft of 50' x 20'. It's located on the shores of Mark Twain Lake in the town where Mark Twain was born and where he, as a Missouri Confederate volunteer, fought Col. U. S. Grant's Union Army on July 12, 1861. This is one of only three wineries in northeastern Missouri. Travelers from all over the world visit historical Florida, and Mark Twain Lake is popular with vacationers as well.   • 20 plate 40 cm x 40 cm plate filter with crossover plate — The pressure gauge on the movable platen of this model is not on all filters of this style, and it allows for proper monitoring when doing two stage filtrations. Setup allows for back-flushing of first stage only while maintaining filter integrity. Typically, only the first stage will clog during these filtrations. Purchased new in 2018.
